This privacy policy notice informs users of the website agriplasticsreport.eu of the way we collect, process and use personal data. 2016/679 from the European Parliament and the European Council dated 27 April 2016 and French law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Here are the categories of data that we process when you use our website:

Purposes of data processing
The data collected whilst using the website and accessing services, is processed to enable users to register for the online presentation of the report on Conventional and Biodegradable Plastics in Agriculture, organised by the DG Environment of the European Commission, to access information on the website, for user identification, to collate audience and usage statistics and to make available information and editorial content relating to the conference.
Data sharing
The data controller uses the data mentioned only for its own needs and for the purposes described. Data is not used for any other purposes, is not passed on to third parties and is confidential.
However the data controller may call on technical service providers, including but not limited to web hosting, applications and databases in shared server infrastructure, or to use technical solutions to distribute content.
Where appropriate, the collected data may be accessed by the service providers, strictly as part of the provision of services. As such, the data controller commits to restrict access to personal data by the service providers, contractually and technically, in particular through confidentiality agreements. Should the data controller transfer personal data to a third country, in particular if servers hosting the data or operators managing calls are located outside of the European Union, the data controller undertakes to include in contracts with those service providers, the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data transferred.
Duration
In accordance with the legislation in place, personal data is retained for a duration that does not exceed the time required for the purposes for which they have been collected and processed.
Personal data collected through the website is retained for a duration of 36 months from the date of collection.
Cookies and trackers installed whilst using the website expire after a maximum of 13 months from the date of the last visit. The data they collect are retained for a maximum of 25 months.
Security of collected data
